Dr Aariya Rae

Clinical Psychologist

My Values

“I have always naturally been intuitive and sensitive to

others feelings. Often feeling overwhelmed in the world.

Becoming a psychologist was part of my journey of

making sense of that. My path led me to becoming a

yoga teacher and learning many holistic tools that I draw

from in addition to traditional talking therapies.

It is my intention to create a safe, healing space for

clients to unpack and unravel from patterns and beliefs

that feel limiting, and work through the emotions that

weigh them down.

I love to support women on their path back to

themselves. Because at our core we always have

everything we need. I take an integrative approach,

guided by my intuition, holding space for all parts of the

client to be seen, heard and validated”

This is a quote that grounds my practice

"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom"

-Anais Nin
