Our workshops and training are grounded in over 20 years of combined clinical training and the latest scientific research on psychological well-being. We have extensive knowledge of the demands of working in large corporations and high pressure jobs in the City of London and we have worked with a range of employees from executives at global institutions to small business leaders and their teams.

As Senior Clinical Psychologists and fellow human beings we are passionate about offering down to earth training that is evidence based and that breaks down the complex psychological concepts into bite size pieces to make them fun, memorable, easy to understand and apply.

What is this workshop about? 

There is so much talk about well-being, but what does it actually mean?

This workshop offers you a simple and thorough model to help you understand what good mental well-being is and introduces you to the core tools about how we can maintain our mental well-being in work and life now.

What will you learn?

- how mental well-being is reduced by the external and internal (thoughts and feelings) stressors that we experience in work and life

how our brains and bodies are designed to react to stressors

why our patterns of coping are not always effective, leaving us feeling stuck in cycles of stress that reduce our general well-being, satisfaction and functioning

core tools around self-awareness, mindfulness, and compassion and get a taster of how you can practice them so that you can go away and apply them in your life and work immediately after the workshop
